Generator sets are rated under two international definitions:
Ratings are expressed in kVA / kW at a power factor of 0.8 (1 kVA = 0.8 kW), together with allowable continuous running hours. Before selecting a unit, always confirm whether the application is prime or standby.
There are two worldwide systems: 50 Hz / 1500 rpm, used by the majority of global markets; and 60 Hz / 1800 rpm, mainly used in North America, parts of Latin America and selected Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
Typical three-phase voltages are 480 V / 240 V / 208 V at 60 Hz and commonly 400 V at 50 Hz. Before ordering, always confirm three parameters together: frequency + phase + voltage.

All units come standard with brushless alternators and all-copper windings for stable, reliable output.
All units come standard with a fuel tank sized for 8 hours of continuous operation at 100% load; the tank is base-mounted or top-mounted depending on the model. Fuel consumption at 100% and 75% load varies by engine model, and matched figures are provided with each model’s datasheet.

Yes. Paralleling capability can be achieved through the appropriate controller and dedicated electrical configuration.
Standard supply includes a fuel tank sized for 8 hours at 100% load, starting batteries, an industrial silencer and expansion bellows. The tank is base-mounted or top-mounted depending on the model.
Yes. Depending on the ambient conditions at site, a water jacket heater, lubricating-oil heater and cold-start batteries can be added.
Noise figures measured at 1 m and 7 m are matched to each enclosure style and power rating; the specific value is confirmed with the model datasheet.
Standard units deliver full rated output at altitudes up to 1,000 m and ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. Beyond these limits, derating applies and varies by model.
The standard protection rating is IP24.
Anti-vibration mounts are standard on all units, and vibration performance is well controlled.
Emission requirements vary between countries and regions. Most markets currently use engines compliant with China Stage II emissions; for markets with specific requirements, we recommend the matching certified engine variant.

Our complete generator sets are covered by a 1-year warranty or 1,000 operating hours, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, we provide after-sales support for quality issues arising under normal operation, provided the issue is not caused by misuse or human error.
